1.What is the Return Processing Time for our orders?
Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Layerns.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-6:00PM (EST).
Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
2.How do I cancel my order?
Thank you for placing an order for an item at Layerns.com. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
(1) Login to your account and go to the account order details page.
(2) On the account order details page, you can view the status of your order.
(3) Please note that our order cancellation time is within 2 hours after the order is placed, if more than 2 hours, the order may have been packed and will not be able to be cancelled.
(4) If your order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your payment to your account within 1-2 business days.
3.What is our Return Policy?
In order to ensure that you enjoy excellent service during the purchase process, we offer the following return policy statement:
(1) Returns are valid for 45 natural days.
You may return a Walking Aid product at any time within 45 natural days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or a new product.
If the return period is exceeded, we will not be able to provide you with a return.
(2) The returned Walking Aid product must have been purchased at Layerns.com.
(3) Returned Walking Aid products must be in new condition.
We accept returns of Walking Aid products that are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
(4) Returns of Walking Aid products can also be arranged if there are non-man-made quality problems (such as machine malfunction, parts failure, poor charging contact, noisy, etc.) during the use of the product.
(5) Returned Walking Aid products must be sent in their original packaging.
To ensure the safety and integrity of Walking Aid products, we require that you return them in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials.
4.How do I Return the Product?
If you need to return an item, you may do so as follows:
(1) Contact customer service via email to request a return.
Please contact our customer service Feng Zou at [email protected] within 45 natural days of receiving the Trampoline, we will prioritize your order.
(2) Request a return on the account order details page.
You can log in to your account and go to the account order details to request a return.
After you have requested a return, please send the Walking Aid product packaged and addressed to 35 Rampart Dr, Glastonbury, Connecticut.
After shipping, please send the name of the Name of courier company and the Tracking number to our customer service Feng Zou via [email protected]. We will process your return order as soon as possible.
5.Who is responsible for return shipping costst?
(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as machine malfunction, parts failure, poor charging contact, noisy, etc.) with Walking Aid, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Layerns.com.
(2) If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We do not charge re-listing fees.
6.How do I get a Refund?
Once the returned Walking Aid arrives at Layerns.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
