1.Our Order Processing Time
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Layerns.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-6:00PM (EST).
Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
2.Where do we ship from?
Our Walking Aid will be shipped from our logistics center located at 35 Rampart Dr, Glastonbury, Connecticut where we will process and ship your order.
At this time we only support delivery services for US orders.
This is because our logistics network and delivery partners primarily cover the United States, while other countries have more complex international logistics and customs tariff issues that we do not currently provide services for.
3.What is our Shipping Cost?
We use UPS Express as our primary logistics partner.
If the total price of your order is more than $50, we will ship your order for free.
If the total price of your order is less than $50, we will charge a $3 shipping fee.
Our shipping time is 6-10 business days.
4.Our Delivery Time
Our delivery time is 7-13 business days.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

5.How do we Package our products?
Our Walking Aid will be wrapped in thickened foam cardboard box, you should check carefully after receiving the Walking Aid.
After receiving the Walking Aid, if the damage is found (such as machine malfunction, parts failure, poor charging contact, noisy, etc.), please email our customer service Feng Zou via [email protected], and we will offer you a free return.
